Requirements for Australian Medical Examination

  • Original Valid Passport.
  • One Photocopy of the Passport.
  • Letter with HAP ID/TRN.
  • Any Medical/Surgical record/Prescription/Medicine to be brought on the day of appointment.
    • In case of children below 5 years vaccination record to be brought.
  • Spectacles (near and/or distance) if you use.
  • COVID-19 Vaccination certificate (with the dates of doses taken).
  • To come after having Breakfast.
  • Photo will be clicked at the clinic.
  • Mode of payment available: Cash/Card/UPI.
  • Please keep 2-3 hours free for processing of IME.
  • Women may please avoid Medical Examination during Menstruation.
