Requirements for Australian Medical Examination
- Original Valid Passport.
- Letter with HAP ID/TRN.
- Any Medical/Surgical record/Prescription/Medicine to be brought on the day of appointment.
- In case of children below 5 years vaccination record to be brought.
- Spectacles (near and/or distance) if you use.
- To come after having Breakfast.
- Photo will be clicked at the clinic.
- Mode of payment available: Cash/Card/UPI.
- Please keep 2-3 hours free for processing of IME.
